Email hello@surco.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Surco version, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or private Diary writing.
Account deletion
In Surco, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirming removes your named account, Saved Spots, private Diary backup, and backed-up photos. Your local Diary remains on that iPhone in local-only mode.
If you used Sign in with Apple, also open iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, choose Surco, and stop using Apple ID with the app. This revokes the Apple credential issued before the account was deleted.
Diary and backup
Diary entries are stored on your iPhone first. A named account enables optional Sync & Backup. Check Settings for the latest backup status before changing devices or removing the app.
Forecasts and widgets
Forecasts require a network connection. Widgets need at least one Saved Spot and may update on Apple's schedule. Open Surco if a widget appears stale, then check that the correct Spot is still saved.
